TUITION
At Refine, tuition is based on the amount of classes your dancer is in:
Littles (Ages 2-3) = $30/month
1 Class = $50/month
2 Classes = $80/month
3 Classes = $105/month
4 Classes = $125/month
5 Classes = $145/month
6 Classes = $165/month
7 Classes = $185/month
8 Classes = $205/month
UNLIMITED = $225 (Offered for Level 4 & Level 5)
A sibling discount of 20% will be given to each additional sibling enrolled per family.
Adult Classes: $10 Drop In
Tuition is due the 1st of each month in full.
Tuition can be paid in cash, check, Paypal, or through the students DanceStudio Pro account.
A $20 late fee will occur for payments 10 days past due.
All fees remain the same regardless of length of months/holidays/absences.
Absolutely NO refunds will be issued.
COMMUNICATION
All studio communication will be done through the smart phone APP “GroupMe” and our private Facebook group “Refine The Studio”. It is of vital importance that each dancer has a Guardian able to access this application weekly. GroupMe and Facebook can be accessed by smart phone, tablet, or laptop. All updates and communications will be posted within these systems. Emails will not be sent for communication. It is the guardians responsibility to access these platforms for updates and information. Please email refinethestudio@gmail.com if you need further assistance.
The studio and/or teachers will not be available for phone meetings OR in person meetings 30 minutes prior to class or during active class hours. Please be respectful of all students time. If you need to get in contact with the studio and/or staff- please message them privately and allow them time to respond accordingly.
OPTIONAL FEES
Drop In Classes
Dancers are welcome to drop in for a $15 per class fee. This can be paid in cash or Venmo @RefineTheStudio
Studio Jacket
Our studio jacket is a dancers choice of denim jacket, embroidered with our logo. If you would like to get your jacket embroidered please bring it to Breanna to be approved and embroidered for a $20 charge.
Company members are required to have a studio jacket.
POLICIES
CLASS ATTIRE
Dancers are welcome to wear their choice of moveable clothing to all classes, with hair pulled back from face, and are required to wear their respected style shoes (ex - tap shoes, tennis shoes, jazz shoes, etc.)
Dancers are required to wear a leotard, tights, and Ballet shoes with a hair in a bun for all Ballet classes.
Please speak with Breanna if you are unsure of what shoes or attire the class will need.
Clothing that is distracting to other dancers will need to be removed from the studio during class time.
CLASS BEHAVIOR
Dancers are to be held to the highest standard of behavior, and expected to be kind and respectful of all students and faculty. By encouraging our students to not just be strong dancers, but also kind humans, we are paving a road for success in all outlets of their lives.
Any and all behavioral issues taking place within the studio premises will be first corrected by faculty.
If said issue continues, parent/guardian(s) will be involved, and correctional steps will be put in place to ensure success for the student.
Sitting out of class is allowed when necessary, for reasons of being ill or having school work. Dancers will need to sit in the break room as to not distract other dancers in class. We do not allow sitting in studio rooms during active classes.
Refine Faculty reserves the right to ask dancers to leave class for bad behavior at any time without a refunded class.
All classes at Refine are CLOSED.
Parents are welcome to sit in and watch only during the scheduled Parent Watch Week(s)
ABSENCES
Absences are to be expected with life schedules.
Please notify Breanna of your absence as soon as possible via text, email, or GroupMe.
Up to 3 absences can be made up in other classes of the students choosing.
***Attendance is mandatory two weeks prior to any performances. Any absence will result in dancer removal from performance.
STUDIO BEHAVIOR
Dancers are expected to be respectful of our space, and mindful of their belongings.
Refine is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. However, we will do our best to help locate and get those items home. Please check the lost & found (Blue bucket near cubbies) each evening before leaving the studio.
Students are welcome to bring/store food within our lobby areas to be eaten during breaks. Food kept in the fridge will be thrown out at the end of each week.
There will be water/snacks for purchase offered in the back lobby. Dancers are to write their name on the sheet with their purchase to be charged to their Parent Portal at the end of each month.
WINTER SHOWCASE
We will be picking several classes to participate in our annual Winter Showcase taking place in the month of December. This is a fantastic opportunity for dancers to show off all of their hard work and celebrate the season.

Classes that will have a routine included in recital will be announced via Facebok/GroupMe.
RECITAL
All dancers consistently coming to classes are encouraged to participate in our end of the year recital taking place within the month of June. Attendance in recital will need to be stated by February 1st to accurately choreograph routines.
